Sometimes, if it seems like he's searching for something in particular from her, she'll give a sort of toneless moan. She can understand, at least a little, that he's looking for something else, too -- something she can't provide. Maybe food? That would make sense.
When he grabs her, there's a weak moment where she tries to flail free, not pleased with being restrained despite the fact that she'd willingly placed herself into his reach. Something calms down again when she realizes -- obviously -- it's him, though it doesn't illuminate the why of it at all. She gives a questioning creak as she flexes the fingers she has left to try and catch the thing he's holding without stopping his work, somehow. Unable to, something leans her face in close and swipes the fabric with her tongue. It makes her growl low in her throat. It didn't taste good before, but this was nothing...and felt weird.]
