[As she hears up to move again, her shoulder or knee will jerk forward, a sudden twitch like her body is surprised by the impulse, or maybe is expecting more direction than it gets. She follows, though. She struggles at times, but she always follows. Something thinks, somehow, that if she were more than she was, she'd be upset. Was it because she was hungry? No...
